As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) with Sulandra Community Living Services LLC, you will support individuals in community settings with daily routines, skill-building, and participation in meaningful activities. Responsibilities may include: - Assisting with daily living activities and personal care (as applicable to the individual’s plan) - Supporting community involvement, appointments, and engagement - Maintaining a safe, respectful, and supportive environment - Documenting services and communicating with the care team Requirements and qualifications (may vary by assignment): - Caregiving experience preferred (training provided) - Ability to complete required onboarding and background checks - Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred

Sulandra Community Living Services LLC is seeking a dedicated LPN/LVN for part-time and full-time opportunities supporting individuals in community-based settings. Key responsibilities: - Supporting health-related needs per individualized plans - Administering medications and monitoring responses as permitted by policy - Documenting services accurately and communicating with the care team - Promoting a safe and supportive environment Preferred qualifications: - Current CPR/BLS preferred - Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred
